In 2002 Dave & Carolyn Bain started their own company, BAIN REAL ESTATE, which is centrally located three blocks from the mall in Tyler. Dianne Hibbard is a Broker Associate and licensed mediator working for Bain Real Estate.

With six children and 17 grandchildren Carolyn has an interest in families of all sizes and ages, so specializes in residential properties, but also deals with investment, lake properties and ranches in Tyler and throughout East Texas. Carolyn attended Chicago Public Schools and graduated from Pasadena, Texas High School. She graduated with a diploma in nursing from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She also graduated with a BSN in nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler. Carolyn then attended real estate classes at Tyler Junior College and Northlake College. She is a member the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Graduate Realtor Institute, Chairman of By-Laws Committee for GTAR, 2008 President of Tyler Women’s Council of Realtors and its Realtor of the year in 2002, Women’s Symphony League, Cultu-Mea Study Club and teaches children at First Baptist Church Tyler, past president of East Texas Symphony Board, Women’s Symphony League, Doctors Wives, Chairman of Doctors Wives Book Fair, Baptist Women of First Baptist Church, Hubbard Middle School PTA, plus numerous committees in these and other organizations.

Dave graduated from Tyler Public Schools and Stamps School of Music. He attended Tyler Junior College and Northlake College in Dallas. From a pioneer East Texas family with land ownership since 1890 in the Flint area just out of Tyler. He is a lifelong resident of Smith County, member of Greater Tyler Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Graduate Realtors Institute, Smith County Farm and Ranch Club, Hollytree Country Club, Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce and a lifetime member of the American Quarter Horse Association, and Chairman of Banking Committee at First Baptist Church. He served as a board member of the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors from 2002 to 2005, and Smith County Farm and Ranch Club. The listing and selling of farms, ranches, land, and large homes and properties in Tyler and throughout East Texas are Dave’s specialties.
