Younger families moving in for economic opportunities & by 2050 a booming “population rectangle”.  Besides young families moving here so are the aging Baby Boomers of non-Hispanic whites, but are being replaces by Hispanics.   This is because of the rapid growth of the Latino population.  While the Asian population is small by 2050 will exceed the African-American population in Texas.  MORE TO COME ON THIS IMPORTANT SUBJECT AS TO WHY WE SEE THIS.
